About The Reunion

Pompano Youth Ranch was a high school Bible study that ran from 1963 through 1975. It was started by Bill & Joan Fallon, & Danny Dugan ('63-'65), and led by Wally Morillo & Mels Carbonel ('65-'67), Mike & Kay Otto ('67-'70), Joe & Mary Castillo ('70-'73), Mike & Kay Minter ('74), and Ray Artz ('75).

The impact that God had in the lives of Pompano High School students was profound and long- lasting. The evidence of this was displayed during our first PYR reunion held August 6-8, 1999 at the Ramada Hotel at Pompano Beach, FL..

The faces, the stories, the sharing --all contributed to one of the most memorable weekends I have ever had. It was wonderful to see everybody that showed up. The love displayed after some 25 to 30 years was moving. Only in heaven will we be able to see the long lasting results of the lives that were changed during those years.
